The Airports We Serve

Five New York area airports, one dispatch, one standard of service.

JFK – John F. Kennedy International

New York’s international gateway in Queens. All terminals, meet and greet inside at baggage claim, 90 minutes of free wait time on international arrivals.

LGA – LaGuardia Airport

The closest major airport to Manhattan. Our chauffeurs are current on the rebuilt Terminal B and C pickup zones.

EWR – Newark Liberty International

Often the fastest airport for Downtown and the West Side. We weigh the Lincoln, Holland and George Washington crossings live.

HPN – Westchester County Airport

Four gates and a two minute walk. The obvious choice for Westchester and Connecticut travellers when the route exists.

TEB – Teterboro Airport

New York’s private aviation hub. Ramp side pickups coordinated directly with Meridian, Signature, Jet Aviation and Atlantic.

Airport Transportation That Actually Shows Up

An airport transfer is the one journey where being early is the entire product. A driver who is fifteen minutes late to a dinner is an inconvenience. A driver who is fifteen minutes late to a flight has cost you the day.

That is why we dispatch every airport car well before your pickup rather than summoning one when you tap a button, track every inbound flight from wheels up, and quote a flat rate that does not move when it rains on a Friday evening. Since 2010 we have run these five airports every day of the year, including the holidays when everyone else is booked out.

Which New York Airport Should You Use

Most travellers into New York have a choice of airport, and choosing well is worth more than any other decision in the journey. Here is how we advise clients who ask.

Flying international? JFK carries by far the most long haul routes and is usually the only realistic option for Asia, the Middle East and much of Europe. Newark is the alternative for United’s international network and is often quicker into Downtown Manhattan and the West Side. Both include ninety minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals because customs is unpredictable.

Flying domestic into Manhattan? LaGuardia, almost always. It is nine miles from Midtown against seventeen for JFK, and since the rebuild it is a far better airport to move through. The exception is the Upper West Side and Downtown, where Newark can win despite the Hudson crossing.

Live in Westchester or lower Connecticut? Check Westchester County Airport first. If your route exists there, it will save you an hour of driving and an hour of terminal time, and our transfer to it is our shortest and least expensive airport run for local clients.

Flying privately? Teterboro for Manhattan and northern New Jersey, Westchester for the northern suburbs and Connecticut. We coordinate ramp side pickups at both.

How Much Time to Allow

The single most common mistake we see is underestimating the departure leg. Arriving is forgiving because we track the flight and wait. Departing is not, because the aircraft leaves without you.

Our standing guidance for New York departures is three hours before an international flight and two and a half before a domestic one, measured from the time you should be at the terminal rather than the time you leave home. Add thirty to forty five minutes to your pickup if it falls inside weekday rush, which runs roughly seven to ten in the morning and four to seven in the evening.

Friday afternoons deserve their own warning. Between three and seven on a Friday, every route to every New York airport is at its worst, and it is the single most common time for a missed flight. If your Friday evening departure matters, we will recommend leaving earlier than feels necessary and we would rather you waited at the gate than at a standstill on the parkway.

Holiday periods compound all of this. Thanksgiving week, the fortnight around Christmas and the days either side of July the fourth run at capacity on both the roads and in the terminals. Book those transfers one to two weeks ahead and build in extra time.

Why Clients Move to a Chauffeur Service

There are three reasons clients move to us from an app or a taxi, and they are always the same three.

The car is there. Airport work is judged entirely on this. We dispatch in advance rather than summoning a driver when you tap a button, and the chauffeur assigned to your booking stays assigned to it. Nobody cancels on you at eleven at night in the rain.

The price does not move. A flat rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay, including tolls, whatever the weather does and however many flights land at once. Surge pricing is precisely the moment you least want it.

Someone answers the phone. Flights change at inconvenient hours. Our dispatch is staffed around the clock by people who can make decisions, not a chat window that replies in the morning.

Corporate and Frequent Traveller Accounts

A large share of our airport work runs on corporate accounts, and for good reason. Once a company is moving more than a handful of people a month, booking trip by trip and reconciling receipts becomes a bigger cost than the transport.

Accounts include monthly invoicing with trip level detail broken out by passenger, route and cost centre, named authorised bookers so assistants can arrange travel on behalf of executives, stored preferences for vehicle type and chauffeur, and priority dispatch during exactly the periods when vehicles are hardest to find. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum.

For visiting clients and candidates, an account also means the person you are hosting is met properly, by a chauffeur with their name on a sign, rather than left to work out a rideshare pickup zone after a long flight. That first twenty minutes shapes the whole visit and it costs very little to get right.

Where We Take You

Our airport work covers the whole tri state region, not just Manhattan. From the five New York airports we run regular transfers across all five boroughs, throughout Westchester from Yonkers up to the northern county line, across Nassau and Suffolk including the East End, into Fairfield County and up through Connecticut, and across northern and central New Jersey.

Longer distance airport work is routine as well. Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and the Pennsylvania corridor are all served as flat rate transfers, usually for clients who would rather spend four hours working in a quiet cabin than three hours in an airport for a fifty minute flight.

If your destination is not listed anywhere on this site, it does not mean we do not go there. It usually means we have not built the page yet. Call dispatch and ask.

Airport Transfer FAQs

Rates are flat and depend on the airport, your destination, the vehicle and the schedule. Enter your trip in the booking form above for a real quote in under a minute, or call 914-770-4646. Tolls are included and rates never surge.

Twenty four hours guarantees your preferred vehicle. Same day is often possible. For Thanksgiving week, the December holidays and major New York events, book one to two weeks ahead.

We track every inbound flight and move the pickup automatically. International arrivals include ninety minutes of complimentary wait time from touchdown and domestic sixty, so customs and baggage delays are covered.

LaGuardia is closest for domestic. JFK carries the most international routes. Newark is often fastest for Downtown, Tribeca and the West Side. We will tell you honestly which suits your destination and travel time.

Yes, at Teterboro, Westchester and the private aprons at the commercial airports. Give us the FBO name and tail number and your chauffeur will meet you ramp side.

Yes. Multi vehicle and multi flight arrivals are coordinated by a single dispatcher so your group leaves together rather than in stages.

Yes. We run flat rate transfers to and from Boston Logan, Philadelphia, Baltimore Washington, Dulles and Reagan National, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo, along with the Pennsylvania and Connecticut airports. These are long distance transfers rather than local runs, and they are frequently cheaper and less exhausting than a short connecting flight once you count the terminal time at both ends.

Yes, and regular clients usually do. Where scheduling allows we assign the same chauffeur to the same client, which matters more than people expect. A driver who already knows your building, your preferences and your usual flight removes a set of small frictions that otherwise repeat on every trip.

Call dispatch on 914-770-4646 at any hour and a person will answer. Time changes, address changes, vehicle changes and additional passengers are all handled directly. Cancellations more than six hours before pickup are free.
