Parkways and highways serving New York limo service areas

Why Local Knowledge Decides the Journey

New York is not one transport market, it is several stacked on top of each other, and the difference between them is why a single national app struggles here.

Westchester runs on parkways rather than highways, which means it flows beautifully until it does not, with very little in between. The Bronx River, the Hutchinson, the Saw Mill and the Cross County each fail at different times for different reasons, and a chauffeur who drives them daily knows which one is worth taking at seven forty on a wet Tuesday.

The city is a different problem again. There the last five minutes matter more than the first fifty, because doorman buildings, one way systems and loading restrictions decide where a vehicle can legally stop. Long Island changes by season, with the East End effectively a separate market from Memorial Day to Labor Day. And the airports each have their own logic, from JFK's construction to LaGuardia's rebuilt pickup zones to the Hudson crossing decision that defines every Newark trip.

We have run all of it since 2010. That is the whole product.

The Regions We Cover

Each has its own rhythm, and we plan around it rather than against it.

Westchester County
Our home market and the densest part of our work. Sixteen areas covered in detail, from the commuter villages on the Harlem Line to the waterfront cities on the Sound and the river towns above the Cuomo Bridge. Westchester County Airport sits in the middle of it, which shapes how the whole county flies.
New York City
All five boroughs, with the heaviest volume in Manhattan and the airport corridors through Queens. Corporate arrivals, theatre and restaurant evenings, and the daily commute in both directions.
Long Island
Nassau and Suffolk year round, and the East End through the summer season when Friday afternoons eastbound and Sunday evenings westbound become the two worst windows of the week.
Connecticut
Greenwich, Stamford, Darien and the Gold Coast, plus New Haven and Hartford. Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway trade places depending on the hour, and we choose on live conditions.
New Jersey
Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, the Turnpike corridor and the corporate belt out to Morristown and Princeton, along with Teterboro for private aviation.
Long distance
Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, the Pennsylvania corridor and upstate New York, run as flat rate transfers for clients who would rather work in a quiet cabin than spend three hours in airports.

Inside Westchester

Westchester deserves its own explanation because it is where most of our daily work happens and because the county is far less uniform than outsiders assume.

The Harlem Line villages, Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester, are commuter country. Mornings there are about getting someone to a platform or into Midtown intact, and the constraint is usually the driveway or the station pickup zone rather than the road.

The Sound shore, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck and Rye, adds water to the equation. Clubs, harbours, summer traffic and a wedding season that runs from spring through October. Rye in particular sits minutes from Westchester County Airport, which changes how its residents fly.

The corporate belt, White Plains, Harrison and Purchase, behaves like a small city. Office towers along Westchester Avenue, the Anderson Hill campuses, a hospital and a courthouse, and demand that spikes hard at start and finish times rather than spreading through the day.

And the river towns, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington and Tarrytown, run on the Hudson Line with steep streets, restaurant evenings and an events calendar built around the great estates. Tarrytown carries the Cuomo Bridge traffic on top of all of it.
