For under 21 groups we run the same terms as our prom work. A written no alcohol and no smoking policy, a named booking parent who is the only person able to change the plan, drop offs to addresses the parents nominated, and a text at each stage. The chauffeur enforces all of it.
For adult groups the vehicle is yours for the window. Coolers, lighting, sound and as many venues as fit. What stays the same across both is the flat rate, the car staying with you, and somebody answering the phone at two in the morning.

Sweet Sixteen Limo Bookings and What Parents Should Ask
A sweet sixteen booking is bought by a parent and enjoyed by a group of sixteen year olds, and the questions worth asking are not about the vehicle. They are about what happens when the group asks to go somewhere that was not on the plan.
Our answer is that only the named booking parent can change it. Students cannot redirect the car, and the chauffeur will not take a group of minors to an address a parent has not signed off, whatever is offered. The no alcohol policy is written into the booking, and if it is broken the ride ends and the parent is called.
Ask any company you are considering those two questions specifically. Who can change the destination on the night, and what happens if the policy is broken. The answers tell you far more than the photographs of the interior.
