At Newark Liberty International Airport
Newark operates Terminals A, B and C, and they are genuinely separate buildings. Terminal A was rebuilt in 2022 and serves United, JetBlue and American among others, Terminal B handles most international arrivals along with Delta and Alaska, and Terminal C is United’s international hub. Because the terminals are spread out and connected by AirTrain, being dropped at the wrong one is an expensive mistake, so we confirm your airline and terminal when you book.
Your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign. Newark’s three terminals each have their own arrivals flow, and Terminal A in particular changed completely with the 2022 rebuild, so the chauffeur comes to you rather than the other way round. Curbside pickup is available on request.
Where We Take You in Queens
We cover every part of Queens, door to door. That includes Long Island City and Astoria, Flushing and Forest Hills, Jamaica and Bayside, Ridgewood, Sunnyside and Rego Park. If your address sits just outside the places listed, it is almost certainly still within our service area, so ask.
Common destinations on this route include Citi Field and the USTA tennis center, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the Long Island City hotel cluster and the Museum of the Moving Image. Whether you are heading to a hotel, an office, a campus, a hospital or a private address, your chauffeur takes you to the exact door rather than the nearest main road.
Arriving into Queens, the last five minutes are usually the slowest part of the journey. Doorman buildings, hotel porte cocheres and one way systems all shape where a vehicle can legally stop, and our chauffeurs know which entrance actually works at each address rather than guessing from a map. If your building has a loading restriction or a specific drop off point, tell us at booking and we will use it.
Places to Visit in Queens
Plenty of our Queens passengers are visiting rather than commuting, and these are the places they ask to be taken. Museum of the Moving Image, Queens Botanical Garden and Flushing Meadows Corona Park are all within our standard service area, and any of them can be added as a stop on your transfer or booked separately as an hourly charter.
Who Travels This Route

Business and Leisure
Corporate travel is the backbone of this route. We move bankers, lawyers, consultants and visiting executives on it every weekday, and the pattern is predictable: an early inbound that has to reach a morning meeting intact, and a late outbound where the client wants to work or decompress rather than negotiate with a driver. Firms that use this route weekly usually move onto a corporate transportation programme.
Leisure demand is just as strong. Theatre weekends, museum trips, restaurant anniversaries, family visits and the December holiday rush all move through this route, often with more luggage and more passengers than a business trip. In spring the same vehicles carry prom limousine service bookings across the region.
Routes, Timing and Conditions
Leaving Newark, the first decision is the Hudson crossing. The Holland Tunnel serves downtown, the Lincoln Tunnel serves midtown, and the George Washington Bridge is the escape valve when both are gridlocked or the destination sits further north. Once across, the local grid matters more than the highway, and bridge and tunnel choice is re examined right up to the last exit. Timings for neighbouring destinations are listed in the complete route index.
Weather changes this route more than distance does. Rain adds twenty minutes to any river crossing, snow closes lanes on the parkways before the highways, and the first genuinely cold morning of the season reliably produces gridlock. We watch the forecast against your pickup time and move it earlier when the conditions warrant, rather than discovering the problem halfway there.

What the Flat Rate Covers
Every quote on this route is a flat rate, agreed before you travel. It includes tolls, the meet and greet, the complimentary wait time and luggage handling. There is no surge pricing, no fuel surcharge and no after hours multiplier, so a five in the morning pickup on a holiday weekend costs exactly what a mid afternoon pickup on a quiet Tuesday costs. Gratuity is separate and entirely your call. Because the rate is fixed, traffic is our problem rather than yours. If the crossing takes twenty minutes longer than planned, the price does not move. The same flat rate approach applies across all airport car service.

The Standard Behind Every Transfer
Rideshare works until it does not. On this route the failure modes are predictable: surge pricing when the weather turns or a wave of flights lands together, cancellations when a driver decides the trip is not worth it, and a car that cannot fit the luggage you actually have. A booked chauffeur is dispatched in advance, holds a fixed price, and is assigned to you specifically.
Every High Society chauffeur is licensed, background checked and trained before carrying a passenger, and the training covers rather more than driving. It includes luggage handling, discretion around confidential conversations, route knowledge for the corridors we run daily, and the judgement to know when to make conversation and when to leave a tired passenger alone. Vehicles carry commercial liability insurance and are inspected and cleaned between assignments. For recurring clients we assign the same chauffeur wherever scheduling allows, because a driver who already knows your building, your preferences and your usual flight is worth considerably more than a stranger with a map.

Booking This Route Regularly
If you take this route regularly, a corporate account removes the booking friction entirely. Accounts include monthly invoicing with trip level detail for expense reporting, named authorised bookers so an assistant can arrange travel on your behalf, stored vehicle and chauffeur preferences, priority dispatch during peak periods, and cost centre tagging for finance teams. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. Email info@highsocietylimos.com or call 914-770-4646 and an account can be open within one business day.

Yes, and most clients on this route do. Booking the return together locks the same flat rate in both directions, and wherever scheduling allows we assign the same chauffeur, which matters on a 50 to 80 minutes journey. Return legs can be adjusted later if your plans move.
Yes. A sedan comfortably takes two large cases, an SUV four, and a Sprinter considerably more. Skis, golf clubs, instruments, prams and similar oversized items travel at no extra charge, but tell us at booking so the right vehicle is assigned rather than discovered at the kerb.
